Privacy Policy

Pro Dispatch Hub ("we", "us", "our") provides the ProDispatchHub field app for contractors, along with the related dispatch and field-service platform. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how it is stored and shared, and how you can request deletion.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, company, role, and sign-in identifiers.
• Job data: job and property addresses, photos, notes, documents, line items, and messages created in the app.
• Device data: camera access to capture job-site photos, GPS location to tag jobs and surface nearby work, and microphone access used for the AI Bid voice feature. Each of these is used only when you grant permission and start the related action.
• Payment information: invoice and payment details needed to bill clients and pay contractors. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.

Why we collect it

• To assign, dispatch, and complete jobs.
• To create invoices and process payments.
• To authenticate you and protect your account.
• To provide customer support and keep the app reliable.

Storage and retention

Data is stored securely with encryption in transit and access controls that limit information to your company workspace. We retain data only as long as it is needed to provide the service, or as required by law or by the records your company workspace must keep.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the app — hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, and payment processing — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We do not use third-party advertising identifiers and do not track you across other companies' apps and websites.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@prodispatchhub.app. You can delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete my account. We remove personal data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law or to preserve records owned by your company workspace.
